Christmas vacation in the Smokey Mountains

This was me and my wonderful family when we went to the Great Smokey Mountains of TN. We stayed in the best hotel in Gatalin Burg. The whole idea was to stay up there for Christmas. We live next to the TN. state line......."OH YEAH!!"
The hotel that we stayed in had 19-20 levels. we stayed on the top floor and from the top floor, you could look down and see the welcome center. I hope to take my future spouse there some day. ....talking about one of the best places to be romantic.
The mountains there are so big and covered with snow during the winter.

I met him on a Christan chat line, and we have been friends ever sense.
This picture was taken in Alabama; where he held his going way party, he was going to the Army.

This is the 60's modal Baja that I was planing on buying, but by the time i came to get it, the owner had taken the motor out of it. "RATS!"
Anyway, the guy in the picture is my friend Philip, he is also my guitar teacher. Philip was trying to help me choose the right car.

Yeah...I have never felt so big in my life. the children looked up to me, and I'm glad that i was there for them.

The poison snake

This was me at the Amazon River. You must be wondering what I am holding, Well?...it's a snake. but not just ant snake, it was a poison snake.
I caught it in the Amazon River and if it would have bitten me, them i would have run a high fever for over 10 days. "Thank you Jesus for letting me live!"

A flight to Columbia!

If you ever believed that you could fly,
then did you ever keep in mind that you could die?
Well I have!
This was taken in a Jet, the same steel bird that I was in when I flew to Columbia. Some people get sick on rides like this. If you have flown on a Jet, then have you ever thought about poking a hole in the bottom of the barf bags?...."OH YEAH"....don't ever try it.

The singing contest.

Yep, this was me in a singing contest. I won 3rd place and got $50 cash. I would have gotten 10 days worth of studio time, but the owner of the studio never showed up to get with me on it. By the way, I sung the country song by Randy Travis called..."Three Wooden Crosses."
I was 15 years old, and the youngest young man there, "Yikes!!!" I have a plack and metal haging on my wall. I thank the Lord for the chance.

It all started when me and my friends decided to run our 4wheelers full speed through a large area of sand, back in the woods. It was a blast!!! If you have ever seen the movie "The Sand Lot", I felt like the kid who got blasted in the tree house with the dust cleaners. I spit up dirt balls for over two weeks. Yeah,.....I had a blast. the next day we did it again, and I flipped the 4wheeler.
